These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the wifitechnician.ae website and any WiFi installation, troubleshooting or networking services booked through it. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Services
wifitechnician.ae provides WiFi installation, troubleshooting, mesh networking, router configuration, business networking and related connectivity services for homes and businesses across Dubai and the UAE. Service availability, scope and pricing are confirmed with each customer prior to work being carried out.
Bookings & Appointments
Submitting a Contact or Book a Service form does not guarantee a specific appointment time. We will contact you to confirm the appointment date, time and scope of work. Appointment times may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will inform you as early as possible of any changes.
Quotations & Pricing
Any pricing discussed prior to a site visit is an estimate. Final pricing is confirmed after assessing the property, existing equipment and the scope of work required, and will be agreed with you before work proceeds.
Customer Responsibilities
- Providing accurate contact and address information
- Ensuring reasonable access to the property and relevant equipment at the agreed appointment time
- Informing us of any known network, electrical or property-access constraints in advance
Equipment
Where new equipment (routers, mesh units, extenders, etc.) is required, this will be discussed and agreed with you before purchase. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults in a customer's own equipment, ISP connection, or property wiring that fall outside the scope of the booked service.
Limitation of Liability
While we take care to deliver a reliable and professional service, wifitechnician.ae is not liable for pre-existing issues with a customer's internet service provider, third-party equipment, or property infrastructure that are outside our control. Our liability in connection with any service is limited to the value of the service fee paid.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a booked appointment by contacting us as early as possible. We ask for reasonable notice where possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
